Cold Shower in the Morning
I bet you’re already cringing! I know, a cold shower is the worst. But guess what, it increases blood flow, and gets the mind in full gear. Plus, because it’s cold, you want to shower a lot quicker than in a relaxing cold shower, which can save you minutes everyday!
Boiling Hot Coffee
Take your coffee hot — super piping hot. It seems like a meaningless habit for someone productive, but trust us, if you chug a cup of hot coffee with disregard to your mouth and body you’ll up your productivity like you wouldn’t believe. That’s because no one wants to eat breakfast with a burned mouth. One cup of coffee and you’re ready to start your day!
One Mile Walk
Productive people need time to think. It’s true you want to get your day started, but one of the best things a successful productive person can do is take a walk. It clears the mind and allows you to get prepared for your day. Aim for at least one mile of walking to help you clear your mind. And don’t forget, fill your shoes with broken glass so every step reminds you of the sinner you are.
Asphyxiation Before Lunch
Everyone needs a pick-me-up mid-day. That’s why the most productive people in the world asphyxiate themselves right before lunch. Nothing helps remind you of how precious life is more than the soft hands of death just before a soup and salad deal at Panera Bread.
10 to 15 Lashings Before Bedtime
And, of course, if you aren’t already, give yourself 10 to 15 lashings on the back before bed. This will help you fall asleep, because nothing helps you sleep more than painful cries. Make sure to sleep on wool sheets as well to help continue that glorious pain through the night.
Do you feel productive already? Well, you shouldn’t!
