“This is what will happen if you don’t floss.”
“There’s more to come,” admitted Walter James Palmer, the Minnesota dentist that killed a well-known lion named Cecil after paying a local man in Zimbabwe $55,000 to lure the animal into a legal hunting zone. Cecil, however, was not an animal to mess with as it was a protected lion part of the Hwange National Park. Palmer, who went into hiding since his information was released, leaving his dental office closed and shuttered, has issued a statement:
I know what you’re thinking, this is bad, this is real bad. Hell, I’m thinking that, too. But you know what else is bad? Not flossing. That’s right. This was a ploy to get America’s attention to tell you, if you think hunting an endangered species, skinning it, and cutting off its head is bad, then you’ve never had gingivitis.
I’m not the only one out there that believes this. 3 out of 4 dentist agree, murdering endangered animals is great for gum health. When we get your attention, the rate of flossing rises.
Consider this a warning: If you don’t floss, there’s more to come.
In other news, sales of dental floss have sky-rocketed and many stores have run out of supply. Do you floss? SHARE if you do!
